over to mainly heavy, wet snow Wednesday, and continuing through
Thursday. A prolonged period of strong winds will accompany the

this afternoon, with dangerous burning conditions. Very low moisture
content of grasses and other dry organic material on the ground will
combine with breezy winds and relative humidity values falling to
around 25 percent.
