TULSA COUNTIES...
At 445 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy
rain across the warned area. An axis of 3 to 5 inches of rain have
already fallen across portions of eastern Creek and western Tulsa
counties. Flash flooding is ongoing and will worsen with the
additional heavy rainfall. The western portions of the Tulsa metro
area will experience many flooded roadways and driving is
discouraged until the flood waters recede.
