* At 251 AM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located 18 miles east of Jonesboro, moving east at 50 mph.
HAZARD...Tornado.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.
