SCOTLAND...EASTERN RICHMOND AND SOUTHERN HOKE COUNTIES UNTIL 230 PM
EDT...

At 129 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Mccoll, or near Bennettsville, moving northeast at 30 mph.

Wind gusts up to 40 mph will be possible with this storm.

Heavy rain and minor flooding will also be possible with this storm.

Locations impacted include...
Laurinburg, Rockingham, Raeford, Hamlet, Maxton, Hoffman, Antioch,
Pinebluff, Dobbins Heights and Wagram.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm, and may lead
to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
