...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL AFFECT THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES...EAST
CENTRAL MOBILE AND WEST CENTRAL BALDWIN COUNTIES UNTIL 230 PM CDT...

At 200 PM CDT, the strong thunderstorm was located 5 miles west of
Stapleton, or 5 miles north of Spanish Fort, moving west at 10 mph.

Winds gusts of 40 to 50 mph will be possible with this storm.

Locations impacted include...
Spanish Fort and Stapleton.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.

This storm may intensify, so be certain to monitor local radio
stations and available television stations for additional information
