  Fond du Lac County in east central Wisconsin...
  Sheboygan County in east central Wisconsin...

* Until 1015 PM CDT.

* At 419 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
  heavy rain across the warned area. Flash flooding is expected to
  begin shortly.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Sheboygan, Fond Du Lac, Waupun, Plymouth, Sheboygan Falls, Ripon,
  North Fond Du Lac, Howards Grove, Oostburg, Kohler, Cedar Grove,
  Campbellsport, Random Lake, Oakfield, Rosendale, Elkhart Lake,
  Brandon, Southern Lake Winnebago, Taycheedah and Ashford.

Additional rainfall amounts of 2 to 3 inches are possible in the 
warned area.

* At 848 PM CDT, Emergency management reported flash flooding across 
  the warned area.  Many roads are closed and impassable.  As runoff 
  continues overnight, water may still rise in some locations. 

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Sheboygan, Fond Du Lac, Waupun, Plymouth, Sheboygan Falls, Ripon,
  North Fond Du Lac, Howards Grove, Oostburg, Kohler, Cedar Grove,
  Campbellsport, Random Lake, Oakfield, Rosendale, Elkhart Lake,
  Brandon, Southern Lake Winnebago, Taycheedah and Ashford.
