* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Ozaukee County in southeastern Wisconsin...
  Washington County in southeastern Wisconsin...
  Dodge County in southeastern Wisconsin...

* Until 445 AM CDT.

* At 144 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
  heavy rain across the warned area. Up to one inch of rain has 
  already fallen in some locations.  The threshold for flooding 
  rainfall is very low due to the incredible rainfall last night 
  across this area. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  West Bend, Mequon, Beaver Dam, Hartford, Grafton, Cedarburg,
  Waupun, Port Washington, Jackson, Mayville, Slinger, Saukville,
  Kewaskum, Horicon, Thiensville, Juneau, Lomira, Belgium, Fredonia
  and Theresa.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
