  Southeastern Rapides Parish in central Louisiana...
  Northern Evangeline Parish in central Louisiana...
  Southwestern Avoyelles Parish in central Louisiana...

* Until 100 AM CDT.
    
* At 1224 AM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a
  tornado was located near Beaver, or near Oakdale, moving northeast
  at 55 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

* Locations impacted include...
  Bunkie, Cheneyville, Turkey Creek and Beaver. 

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

At 1237 AM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located near Turkey Creek, moving northeast at 50 mph.

HAZARD...Tornado.

SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
         shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage 
         to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree damage is 
         likely.
