The National Weather Service in Green Bay has issued a

* Tornado Warning for...
  Southwestern Manitowoc County in east central Wisconsin...

* Until 515 PM CDT.

* At 438 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms capable of producing both
  tornadoes and extensive straight line wind damage were located near
  St. Nazianz, or 11 miles northwest of Howards Grove, moving east at
  40 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

* These dangerous storms will be near...
  Manitowoc and Cleveland around 455 PM CDT.

Other locations impacted by this tornadic thunderstorm include Louis
Corners, St Nazianz, Newton, Steinthal, Clover, Osman, Millhome,
School Hill, Newtonberg and Spring Valley.

...A TORNADO WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 515 PM CDT FOR SOUTH
CENTRAL MANITOWOC COUNTY...
        
At 449 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located near Cleveland, or 9 miles north of Howards Grove, moving
east at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Tornado.

SOURCE...Weather spotters reported a funnel cloud by Spring Valley 
         at 443 PM CDT. Funnel cloud did not touch down.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
         shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage 
         to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree damage is 
         likely.

This dangerous storm will be near...
  Manitowoc around 455 PM CDT.

Newton, Newtonberg, Spring Valley and Clover.
