This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for North and Central Texas.

.DAY ONE...This Afternoon and Tonight.

Scattered thunderstorms will continue this afternoon and evening
along and east of a dryline. This feature will be generally around
I-35 and areas east through this evening. Some storms will be severe
with very large hail and damaging winds. There will also be a threat
for a tornado or two through the evening.

Gusty west winds behind the dryline will continue through this
evening. There will be a threat for rapidly spreading grass fires
west of the dryline. A Red Flag Warning is in effect through late
evening.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday.

There will be an elevated threat of grass fires west of I-35 on
Saturday.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation will likely be needed this afternoon and evening.
