The National Weather Service in Dodge City has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Northern Trego County in west central Kansas...

* Until 1215 AM CDT

* At 618 PM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated 
  thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Up to 
  six to eight (isolated higher) inches of rain have already fallen. 
  Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly. In addition, 
  there have been reports of water over Highway 283.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Wakeeney, Collyer and Voda.
