Those participating in outdoor activities should dress appropriately. Strong winds will return to the wind prone areas of southeast Wyoming early this morning, with gusts over 50 mph early this morning increasing to 60 mph by late in the day. High Wind Warnings have been issued through Sunday before wind gusts around 65 mph. High Wind Warnings may need to be expanded to the southern Laramie Range and adjacent foothills for Sunday. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SUNDAY THROUGH FRIDAY Accumulating snow is possible late Sunday through Monday which may result in some travel impacts.
