Northwestern Ontario County in western New York... * Until 1245 PM EDT. * At 918 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across eastern Monroe County and far northwest Ontario and far southwest Wayne County. Two to three inches of rain have already fallen, with additional rainfall amounts of up to an inch expected. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly. * Some locations that will experience flooding include... Penfield, Perinton, Fairport, Victor, Macedon, and Farmington.
