Dakota.

Isolated to scattered showers and thunderstorms will develop late
this afternoon into this evening. Some of these storms will be
strong to severe with large hail and damaging winds possible.

Additionally...the combination of very warm temperatures and
breezy winds will push the grassland fire danger into the very
high category today.
