  Northern Okfuskee County in east central Oklahoma...

* Until 945 PM CDT
    
* At 857 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm with strong low level rotation
  that could produce a tornado at any time was located 4 miles south
  of Welty, moving southeast at 15 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado and baseball size hail. 

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. 

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

was located 4 miles north of Castle, moving southeast at 15 mph.
