* At 935 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated slow-moving thunderstorms 
  producing heavy rain across the warned area. Radar estimates 
  between 2 and 3.5 inches of rain has fallen over northern Okfuskee 
  and extreme southern Creek county. Flash flooding could begin 
  shortly.
