NOWATA COUNTIES...

At 441 PM CDT, Thunderstorms and heavy rainfall have ended across 
the warned area, but additional thunderstorms with heavy rain 
located just west of Highway 75 will begin to affect western 
portions of the warned area around 630 PM. The additional rains will 
exacerbate any ongoing flash flooding and could lead to new flash 
flooding as well.
