  Southeastern Maries County in central Missouri...
  Northern Phelps County in east central Missouri...

* Until 1215 AM CST
    
* At 1141 PM CST, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a
  tornado was located near Doolittle, or near Rolla, moving east at
  55 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado and quarter size hail. 

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. 

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

was located near St. James, or near Rolla, moving east at 55 mph.
