  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree

was located 7 miles north of West Plains, moving northeast at 50 mph.

HAZARD...Tornado and ping pong ball size hail. 

SOURCE...Weather spotters reported a funnel cloud. A funnel cloud 
         has been reported by spotters and relateyed to police 
         northwest of West Plains.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without

         to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree damage is 
         likely.
