* At 616 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain across the warned
  area. Up to three inches of rain has already fallen. Flash 
  flooding is already occurring...with another several hours of rain 
  expected through the evening.  This rain will create an increase 
  in flash flooding across much of south central Missouri this 
  evening and overnight. 

* Creeks, streams, and low water crossings will be especially
  susceptible to the dangers of flash flooding.

At 854 PM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated that
heavy rain was falling over the area. Up to three inches of rain has
already fallen. Flash flooding is already occurring.

This warning includes but is not limited to the following low water
crossings...
Route FF at Hunter Creek east of Ava...
Route H, 3 miles east of Winona...
Route FF at Turkey Creek east of Ava...
Highway 142 at The Spring River west of Lanton...
and Highway 142 at The Bennetts River west of Moody.

Additional rainfall amounts of one to two inches are possible in the 
warned area.
