At 317 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms developing over 
Oklahoma, which will track into portions of southern Missouri this 
evening. Up to three inches of rain has already fallen. Flash 
flooding is ongoing, which could become worse with additional rain 
expected this evening.
