* At 1155 AM CDT, The Department of Transportation reported flash
  flooding across the warned area. Up to three inches of rain has 
  already fallen. Flash flooding is already occurring. Heavy rain 
  was moving back into the region, which will cause additional flash 
  flooding this afternoon and tonight. 

* Creeks, streams, and low water crossings will be especially
  susceptible to the dangers of flash flooding.

DOUGLAS...WRIGHT AND TEXAS COUNTIES...

At 801 PM CDT, The Department of Transportation reported flash
flooding in the warned area. As much as 7 to 9 inches of rain has
fallen. Flash flooding is already occurring. Additional heavy 
rainfall this evening may aggravated ongoing flash flooding across 
the warned area.
