At 1242 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
western Colorado Springs, moving southeast at 15 mph.

Dime size hail and winds in excess of 40 mph will be possible with
this storm.

Locations impacted include...
Colorado Springs, Fountain, Air Force Academy, Manitou Springs,
Stratmoor, Fort Carson, Security, Peterson AFB, Security-Widefield
and Cimarron Hills.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm, and may lead
to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
