The National Weather Service in The San Francisco Bay Area has issued
a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Central Santa Cruz County in northern California...

* Until 200 AM PST

* At 915 PM PST, gauge reports indicated a peak stage level of 20.95
  feet occurred at the San Lorenzo River at Big Trees gauge, with
  water levels now beginning to decline. They will however remain
  well above flood stage for at least the next several hours.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Paradise Park. 

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

A Flash Flood Warning means that flooding is imminent or occurring.
If you are in the warned area move to higher ground immediately.
Residents living along streams and creeks should take immediate
precautions to protect life and property.
