  Crenshaw County in south central Alabama...

* Until 745 PM CDT Thursday

* At 141 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicates local creeks and streams 
  have reach bankfull during the past hour. The water is anticipated 
  to further rise, maybe rapidly in some places. Flash flooding is 
  expected to begin shortly. Additional showers an thunderstorms 
  will re-develop this afternoon and continue moving through the 
  warned area.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Luverne, Rutledge, Petrey, Highland Home and Lapine.

NORTHEASTERN BUTLER AND NORTHERN CRENSHAW COUNTIES...

At 317 PM CDT, Runoff from earlier heavy rains likely still has 
creeks and streams out of their banks in northeastern Butler and 
northern Crenshaw counties.

Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Petrey, Lapine and Highland Home. 

The redevelopment of showers and thunderstorms may necessitate the 
issuance of additional Flood Warnings through early evening. 
Continue to heed any remaining road closures.
