* At 429 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rainfall occurring in 
  a rain band associated with Tropical Storm Cindy. Additional 
  rainfall amounts moving across an already soaked region could 
  locally exceed 3 inches through mid-morning Thursday, which will 
  only exacerbate any ongoing flooding concerns. 

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Andalusia, Greenville, Opp, Luverne, Florala, Georgiana, Brantley,
  McKenzie, River Falls, Red Level, Lockhart, Rutledge, Dozier,
  Heath, Gantt, Glenwood, Petrey, Highland Home and Lapine.
