At 120 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy
rain moving north across the warned area. Flash flooding is in
progress over scattered areas throughout the warned area. The
potential is moderately elevated for additional flooding areas to
develop through the course of this afternoon as individual cells
continually move over the same rain-soaked locations.
