The National Weather Service in Mobile has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Butler County in south central Alabama...
  Crenshaw County in south central Alabama...
  Covington County in south central Alabama...

* Until 430 AM CDT

* At 1031 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rainfall occurring 
  in a rain band associated with Tropical Storm Cindy. Observations 
  indicate widespread rainfall amounts between 2 and 4 inches have 
  already fallen across this region. Additional rainfall amounts 
  between 1 and 3 inches may be seen through late tonight as this 
  rain band moves across the warned area. Flash flooding is expected 
  to begin over the next couple of hours.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Andalusia, Greenville, Opp, Luverne, Florala, Georgiana, Brantley,
  McKenzie, River Falls, Red Level, Lockhart, Rutledge, Dozier,
  Heath, Gantt, Glenwood, Petrey, Highland Home and Lapine.
