Thru 09Z-10Z concerns for severe storms will be the greatest,
initially across the w through 08Z and then e at MAF around 09Z-
10Z. A broken line of storms is expected to develop and move e
then weaken. In advance of the storms the LLJ has winds cranked
up at FST (G36-41kts). These strong se winds will slowly abate
after 09Z with periods of MVFR CIGS as well. SW-W wind thru the
afternoon near 20kts at times.

This hazardous weather outlook is for portions of southeast New
Mexico, southwest Texas and western Texas.

.DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT

Thunderstorm are possible this afternoon and tonight. Any storms
that do develop may be severe, and accompanied by frequent lightning,
large hail, damaging winds, and brief, heavy rainfall.  An isolated
tornado cannot be ruled out.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH MONDAY

There is a chance of thunderstorms across the far eastern Permian
Basin and Lower Trans Pecos Wednesday and Wednesday night.
