* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Northern Glasscock County in western Texas...
  Northeastern Midland County in western Texas...
  Southern Howard County in western Texas...
  Southeastern Martin County in western Texas...

* Until 830 AM CDT

* At 525 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
  heavy rain across the warned area. Up to three inches of rain have
  already fallen. Flash flooding is expected.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Big Spring, Stanton, Greenwood, Coahoma, Forsan, Sand Springs,
  Lomax, Lees, South Haven, Elbow, Spraberry, Big Spring Country
  Club, Big Spring McMahon-Wrinkle Airpark and Midway.

 This includes  Low water crossings LOCATIONs CR 16 CROSSING DUGOUT
CREEK, CR 14 CROSSING DUGOUT CREEK, OVERTON RD CROSSING NORTH CONCHO
RIVER, and OVERTON RD CROSSING NORTH CONCHO RIVER TRIB.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

...THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 830 AM CDT FOR
NORTHERN GLASSCOCK...NORTHEASTERN MIDLAND...SOUTHERN HOWARD AND
SOUTHEASTERN MARTIN COUNTIES...

At 746 AM CDT, Doppler radar estimates that rainfall totals of 2 to 
over 8 inches of rain has fallen across south Howard County. 
Observed reports from Lomax verify that over 3 inches has fallen. 
Flooding and flash flooding along highway 87 and ranch roads 818 and 
821 is likely occurring. Storms have moved out of these areas but it 
will take some time for flood waters to recede.

Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Big Spring south, Stanton south, Greenwood, Coahoma, Forsan, Sand 
Springs, Lomax, Lees, South Haven, Elbow, Spraberry.

This includes  Low water crossings at County road 16 at Dugout Creek 
, County Road 14 at Oveton Road and North Concho River Tributary.
