Slow-moving showers and thunderstorms will expand in coverage
today and especially overnight. Heavy rain and flooding will be
the greatest threats with these thunderstorms, although some
marginally severe hail and strong wind gusts are also possible,
particularly across the western South Plains this afternoon.
