MUNICIPALITIES...

At 146 PM AST, a strong thunderstorm was located over Pajonal, or
over Florida. the storm is nearly stationary.

Winds in excess of 30 mph are possible with this storm.

Locations impacted include...
Arecibo, Florida, Manati, Barceloneta, Ciales, Morovis, Utuado, Vega
Baja, Pajonal, Bajadero, La Alianza, Imbery, Barahona, Coto Norte,
Franquez, La Luisa, Tiburones, Animas, Bufalo and Tierras Nuevas Pon.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm, and may cause
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
