* Until 200 PM EST

* At 1055 AM EST, trained weather spotters reported thunderstorms 
  producing heavy rain across the warned area. At least 6 inches of 
  water was flowing over roads in North Webster. Radar estimates 
  that one to locally 2 inches of rain has fallen over the past 
  hour. 

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Warsaw, Kendallville, Ligonier, Syracuse, Albion, Milford, Rome
  City, North Webster, Wolcottville, Leesburg, Cromwell, Brimfield,
  Big Barbee Lake, Monoquet, Irish Lake, Lake Wawasee, Little Chapman
  Lake, Oswego, Wilmot and James Lake.

...THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 200 PM EST FOR
SOUTHEASTERN ELKHART...NOBLE AND NORTHEASTERN KOSCIUSKO COUNTIES...

At 1229 PM EST, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
heavy rain across the warned area. 2 to locally 3 inches of rain has 
fallen across parts of the warning area. Additional storms are 
expected over the next several hours with the potential for another 
inch or 2 of rain in a short period of time.
