tornado was located 11 miles east of Delphi, or 15 miles south of
Logansport, moving east at 15 mph.

At 1153 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located 11 miles west of Kokomo, moving southeast at 30 mph.
HAZARD...Tornado.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage
to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is
likely.
