* At 151 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated over 5 inches of rain has
fallen over parts of the warned area over the last 24 hours. Flash
flooding is expected to begin shortly.
* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Indianapolis, Shelbyville, Greenwood, Lawrence, Plainfield,
Brownsburg, Greenfield, Beech Grove, Speedway, Danville, Southport,
Avon, Cumberland, Pittsboro, New Palestine, Meridian Hills, Warren
Park, Clermont, Homecroft and Rocky Ripple.
Additional rainfall amounts of up to an inch are possible in the
warned area.
