* At 1129 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported heavy rain across 
  the warned area. Over three inches of rain have already fallen 
  over parts of the warned area.  Flash flooding is already 
  occurring.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Greenwood, Plainfield, Franklin, Martinsville, Mooresville, New
  Whiteland, Edinburgh, Whiteland, Bargersville, Brooklyn, Princes
  Lakes, Trafalgar, Monrovia, Morgantown, Clayton, Paragon,
  Coatesville, Amo, Bethany and Peoga.

Additional rainfall amounts of over an inch are possible in the 
warned area.
