* At 1119 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain across the warned area. Up to two inches of rain has
already fallen. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly.
* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Kokomo, Delphi, Greentown, Flora, Camden and Yeoman.
Additional rainfall amounts of an inch or more are possible in the
warned area.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
