* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Southern Madison County in central Indiana...
  Southern Delaware County in east central Indiana...
  Northern Henry County in east central Indiana...
  Hamilton County in central Indiana...
  Southern Tipton County in central Indiana...

* Until 700 PM EDT

* At 355 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated clusters of thunderstorms 
  producing heavy rain across the warned area. Portions of 
  Hamilton...Madison and Delaware Counties have already received up 
  1 to 1.5 inches since 3 pm.  With some of these areas also having 
  received 2 to 4 inches of rainfall on Thursday...flash flooding is 
  expected to begin shortly.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Muncie, Anderson, Fishers, Noblesville, New Castle, Westfield,
  Yorktown, Cicero, Pendleton, Sheridan, Chesterfield, Ingalls,
  Lapel, Edgewood, Arcadia, Daleville, Selma, Atlanta, Markleville
  and Sulphur Springs.

This includes Interstate 69 between mile markers 210 and 239.
 
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Keep children away from storm drains, culverts, creeks and streams.
Water levels can rise rapidly and sweep children away.

A Flash Flood Warning means that flooding is imminent or occurring.
If you are in the warned area move to higher ground immediately.
Residents living along streams and creeks should take immediate
precautions to protect life and property.

...THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 700 PM EDT FOR
SOUTHERN MADISON...SOUTHERN DELAWARE...NORTHERN HENRY...HAMILTON AND
SOUTHERN TIPTON COUNTIES...

At 520 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated showers and thunderstorms 
beginning to shift south of the warning area. While the heaviest 
rain has ended...many locations across Hamilton...Madison and 
Delaware Counties received 2 to 3 inches of rain between 3 and 
5 pm. Flash flooding is expected to continue.

Some locations that will experience flooding include...
