  Southeastern Carroll County in north central Indiana...
  Northern Clinton County in central Indiana...
  Howard County in central Indiana...
  Tipton County in central Indiana...

* Until 645 PM EDT

* At 348 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated clusters of thunderstorms 
  producing heavy rain across the warned area. Doppler radar 
  estimated that 1.5 to 2 inches of rain had fallen across parts of 
  Clinton and Howard Counties since 245 pm. Flash flooding is 
  expected to begin shortly.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Kokomo, Frankfort, Tipton, Windfall, Greentown, Flora, Russiaville,
  Sharpsville, Burlington, Michigantown, Kempton and Indian Heights.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Keep children away from storm drains, culverts, creeks and streams.
Water levels can rise rapidly and sweep children away.

At 500 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated that showers and 
thunderstorms were beginning to shift south of the warning area. 
Much of Clinton...Howard and Tipton Counties received 2 to 3 inches 
of rain from storms this afternoon. Flash flooding is expected to 
continue.

Some locations that will experience flooding include...
