Storms northand east of the Indianapolis metro area early this morning will be capable of gusty winds... torrential rain and flooding. The highest heat indices will occur this afternoon and into the early evening. Discussion: Thunderstorms will impact northeast portions of central Indiana early this morning. Additional thunderstorms are expected to develop late this afternoon and tonight ahead of a cold front.
