...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Georgia...
 
  Sweetwater Creek near Lilburn affecting Gwinnett County

...Flood Warning extended until late tonight...The Flood Warning 
continues for
  The Sweetwater Creek near Lilburn.
* Until late tonight.
* At 8PM Tuesday the stage was 12.4 feet...and rising.
* Minor flooding is occurring and Minor flooding is forecast.
* Flood stage is 11.0 feet.
* The river will continue to fall to below flood stage by tonight.
* At 13.0 feet...Minor flooding will continue to expand further into 
  the Northwood Country Club Golf Course upstream from the gage on 
  Club Drive...and in the woodland areas downstream from the gage...
  and for the next four miles until the creek merges with the Yellow 
  River. An old concrete golf cart bridge around 300 feet downstream 
  from the gage will be around two feet under water.
* This crest compares to a previous crest of 12.2 feet on Nov 2 2015.

The Flood Warning is cancelled for
  The Peachtree Creek near Atlanta.
* This takes effect immediately.
* Until early this morning.
* At 1200 AM Wednesday the stage was 16.6 feet and falling.
* Flood stage is 17 feet.
* The creek will continue to fall.
* Between 15 and 17 feet, Atlanta Memorial Park will have high water 
  as the creek overflows into the park near the gage on Northside 
  Drive. The City of Atlanta may keep a portion of Woodward Way near 
  Peachtree Battle Avenue barricaded due to 1 to 2 feet of water 
  over a portion of the road. Backyards of homes on sections of 
  Peachtree Battle Avenue and Hanover West Drive and portions of the 
  Cross Creek and Bobby Jones Golf Courses will see some flooding.

* Until early this morning.
* At 1200 AM Wednesday the stage was 10.9 feet and falling.
* Flood stage is 11 feet.
* The creek will continue to fall.
* Between 9 and 11 feet, bankfull conditions occur upstream and 
  downstream from the gage at Club Drive. Portions of the Northwood 
  Country Club Golf Course will remain flooded upstream in low lying 
  areas near the creek.
