Northwestern Kinney County in south central Texas... Southern Edwards County in south central Texas... East central Val Verde County in south central Texas... Northern Real County in south central Texas... * Until 700 PM CDT * At 323 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated a pair of nearly stationary thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Radar estimate one to two inches has already fallen with rainfally rates of two to four inches per hour being produced by these storms. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly. * Some locations that will experience flooding include... Vance, Carta Valley, Prade Ranch and Kickapoo Cavern State Park.
