* At 509 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Liverpool, or
  near Baldwinsville, moving east at 55 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts. 

  SOURCE...Radar indicated. 

  IMPACT...Expect wind damage to trees and power lines. 

* Locations impacted include...
  Oneida Lake, Central Square, Constantia, West Monroe, Phoenix, 
  Williamstown, Cleveland, Amboy Center and Pennellville.
