* At 429 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Canandaigua,
  moving east at 45 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

  IMPACT...Expect wind damage to trees and power lines. 

* Locations impacted include...
  Geneva, Canandaigua, Clifton Springs, Phelps, Rushville,
  Farmington, Gorham and Manchester.
