* At 153 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from 7 miles northwest of Fort Drum to near Adams to 10
  miles northwest of Fair Haven Beach State Park, moving east at 35
  mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

  IMPACT...Expect wind damage to trees and power lines.

FOR JEFFERSON...CENTRAL LEWIS AND NORTHERN OSWEGO COUNTIES...

At 218 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from 11 miles southwest of Fowler to near Barnes Corners to
near Oswego, moving east at 35 mph.

HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts. 

SOURCE...Radar indicated. 

IMPACT...Expect considerable tree damage. Damage is likely to mobile 
         homes, roofs, and outbuildings.
