At 942 AM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near Fort Edward,
moving northeast at 40 mph.
Winds in excess of 40 mph and pea size hail are possible with this
storm.
Locations impacted include...
Rutland, Rutland City, Middletown Springs, Wallingford, Mt. Holly,
Mt. Tabor, Rutland - Southern Vermont Airport, Poultney, Clarendon,
West Rutland, Ira, Wells, Pawlet, Mount Holly, Poultney Village,
Mount Tabor, Weston, Tinmouth, Shrewsbury and Danby.
Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm, and may cause
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
This storm may intensify, so be certain to monitor local radio

east at 25 mph.
Winds in excess of 40 mph and pea size hail are possible with this
storm.

Chester, Mount Holly, Ludlow, Mount Tabor, Weston, Tinmouth,
Shrewsbury, Ludlow Village, Wallingford, Mt. Holly, Mt. Tabor, Danby,
Plymouth, Wells, Middletown Springs, Clarendon, Andover, Pawlet,
Plymouth Union and Belmont.
