BE CAPABLE OF GUSTY WINDS AND LOCALLY HEAVY RAIN AS THE LINE MOVES
TO ROUGHLY I-44 BETWEEN 10 AND 11 PM. A FEW STORMS COULD PRODUCE
GUSTY WINDS TO 60 MPH...HOWEVER THIS WOULD LIKELY BE VERY LOCALIZED.
