FAR SOUTHERN VA. AT LEAST A WEAK SUPERCELL-FAVORABLE ENVIRONMENT
EXISTS NEAR THE FRONT...WITH LOWER/MIDDLE 60S F SURFACE
DEWPOINTS...AROUND 1000 J/KG MLCAPE...AND AN AMPLE VEERING OF WINDS
