TODAY. TEMPERATURES IN THE LOW TO MID 90S OUTSIDE OF RAIN
AREAS...WITH AFTERNOON HEAT INDICES GENERALLY RANGING FROM AROUND
103 TO 107. ISOLATED LOCATIONS WILL LIKELY REACH AS HIGH AS 108 TO 110.

SCATTERED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED TODAY. A FEW STORMS
COULD BECOME STRONG TO MARGINALLY SEVERE WITH LOCALIZED STRONG TO
DAMAGING WINDS...POSSIBLY UP TO 50 TO 60 MPH. FREQUENT LIGHTNING AND
VERY HEAVY RAINFALL CAN ALSO BE EXPECTED WITH THE STRONGER STORMS.
