TO 9 MILES SOUTH OF ELBERTON...AND MOVING EAST AT 15 MPH.

LOCATIONS TO BE IMPACTED INCLUDE...
TOCCOA...ELBERTON...HARTWELL...CARNESVILLE...SENECA...ROYSTON...
WESTMINSTER...CALHOUN FALLS...REED CREEK AND LAVONIA.

IN ADDITION TO INTENSE LIGHTNING...WIND GUSTS UP TO 45 MPH WILL BE
POSSIBLE IN THESE AREAS.

TORRENTIAL RAINFALL MAY FLOOD AREAS WITH POOR DRAINAGE...SUCH AS
